What Is Sattu?

Ingredients:
- Curd – About 1 cup (as per the base)
- Sattu (roasted chickpea flour) – 1–2 tablespoons
- Peanut butter – 1 tsp (for creaminess and some added protein)
- Jaggery powder / honey / sugar – as per the taste
- Cardamom powder – a small pinch (for some aroma and taste)
- Cold water – to blend to a desired consistency
- Optional garnish – nuts (chopped), a smear of some peanut butter on a glass
Method:
- In a blender, combine some curd, sattu, peanut butter, a sweetener of choice, some cardamom powder, and cold water.
- Blend well until it's smooth and much frothy.
- For a good presentation, rub a little peanut butter inside the serving glass.
- Pour the Lassi in and garnish it with some nuts.
