Ingredient:

• 1 tsp sesame seeds
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp oil
• white pepper pinch
• instant ramen noodles
• green onion
• 1 tbsp vinegar

Process:

• First cut the ginger and garlic in small pieces to make ginger garlic paste.
• Put it down to a hand blender and enclose it with a wrap and grind until it becomes a fine paste.
• Take a bowl and add chilli flakes, sesame seeds, chopped green onion bulb and ginger garlic paste and mix it properly.
• Pour hot oil over it and let it sizzle.
• When your hot oil cools down a little, add vinegar, sugar and white pepper powder to taste.
• Cook the noodles properly and add the ramen mix to it .
• Also add the chilli oil and mix it properly.
• Garnish with green onion and sesame and mix it with other ingredients and enjoy an easy and quick noodle recipe.
