1. Chicken Chapli Kebab
Ingredients: Chicken mince, coriander stems, onions, tomato, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, whole egg, salt, gram flour
How to Make: Combine chicken mince, gram flour, egg, spices, and herbs. Pan-fry until golden, garnish with pomegranate and coriander, and serve with green chutney and onion salad.
2. Dragon Chicken
