Moringa Laddus Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup moringa powder
- 1 cup dates (soaked and chopped)
- Ghee (as needed to bind)
Instructions:
- Dry roast the nuts and seeds separately until fragrant.
- Grind the roasted nuts and seeds into a coarse mixture.
- In a separate pan, dry roast the ragi flour and moringa powder for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the ground nut mixture, ragi-moringa mixture, and chopped dates.
- Add ghee as needed to bind the mixture.
- Shape into small laddus and store in an airtight container.

- Adjust the amount of ghee according to the mixture's consistency.
