In an Instagram reel capturing the essence of his dish, he shared the details of his creation along with a heartfelt caption that revealed his inspiration and vision for the dish.

Chef Anurag's Gol Gappe combines flavours and the story behind it. He named his creation 'Rang', which translates to 'Colours', drawing inspiration from the vibrant and joyful festival of Holi. Like the festival itself, the dish represents the underlying oneness among diverse colours on the surface, beautifully symbolising the unity and harmony that can be found amidst diversity.
