This simple herbal concoction created with common spices in the kitchen eases cramps, bloating, and irregular cycles. It's an old standby recipe that many still utilize today.
Powerful Herbal Remedies for Period Relief
The blend contains strong herbs with digestive and anti-inflammatory qualities that work together to promote hormonal balance and relieve discomfort. The following ingredients are required.
- 2 tbsp saunf powder (fennel)
- 2 tbsp jeera powder (cumin)
- 2 tbsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 teaspoon elaichi powder (cardamom powder).
