What's one unexpected lesson content creation has taught you about yourself?

Content creation taught me that being authentic is more powerful than being perfect. The moment I started creating from joy instead of pressure, everything fell into place.

How do you balance authenticity with the pressure to stay relevant online?

I don't balance it well! I let the pressure get to me and have a complete meltdown! but I also build my way back up from there. Because we're human and we're allowed to feel shitty on shitty days and give in to pressure. All we got to remember is that we need to bounce back!

What's your creative process like when you're scripting a new video?

Normally, I don't fully script; I keep mental bullet points, jot ideas in my Notes, then riff off real-life stuff. When I collaborate or have a brand tie-in, there's more structure; otherwise, it's pretty spontaneous, so I can stay true to the moment.

Have you ever posted something that didn't perform well but you were proud of anyway?

There have been times I've posted things knowing they might not blow up, but I was still proud because they came from a place of truth and joy.

How do you handle creative blocks, especially when deadlines are tight?

In times when I hit a creative block, especially with tight deadlines, I'll take a step back, go for a walk, talk to a friend or family member, do something completely unrelated to work, then come back to it fresh. I also keep a running idea bank on my phone, so I dip into that when I'm stuck.

What drew you to collaborate with Bata for this campaign?

I think I should ask Bata this question! Haha! But I think nostalgia is what drew me to this campaign. A significant part of my career is rooted in nostalgia. And as a modern woman, I still get wear my favorite brand as a kid. We grew up with Bata!

How does this campaign reflect your personal style or vibe?

It reflects my personal style because they let me steal their shoes! They're comfortable, affordable, elegant, chic.. ! I don't think we need to learn about Bata as a brand. We've always been happy constumers of the brand:) Bata Rocks!
