What's special about this year's Ganpati celebration for you?

As a kid, I loved Ganpati processions—the huge idols, the music, and the energy of the festival. Even today, apart from enjoying food and celebrations, I make it a point to do one special thing every year: feed animals. It's my way of celebrating with them, too, whether it's cat food or little treats for dogs.

What's a fond childhood memory of Ganpati that still brings a smile to your face?

The energy and warmth of Ganpati celebrations are etched in my heart—visiting each other's homes, meeting people, and soaking in the festive spirit.

How has your relationship with Ganpati changed over time, and what's its significance in your life?

Over the years, I've come to truly understand the meaning of festivals. It's not just about food and clothes, but about the bonds we create and the cultural connections we share with friends and family. With prayers in the air, the whole atmosphere feels so pure and pious.

What's your favorite part of the Ganpati festival, and how do you celebrate it?

For me, it's the joy of reconnecting—meeting people, even those I haven't been in touch with for long and spending meaningful time together.

Are there any specific traditions or rituals you follow during Ganpati, and what's their significance to you?

With my hectic schedule, I may not manage much, but I always make it a point to attend the aarti at my in-laws'.
