Rubina Dilaik Opens Up About Maternity Struggles: Self Care is Important...

YouTuber and actor Rubina Dilaik, who is currently embracing motherhood, has recently shared her maternity struggles and said that self-care is a must.

All Women Need Some Time For Themselves:

Speaking to E Times, she said, "All women, including those who have just had babies, need some time for themselves. That is very important. I can say this now because I have experienced the postpartum and understood how the body naturally depletes. All the calcium, minerals, and essential vitals are replenished."

"If We Can Love Ourselves..."

She added, "Taking care of yourself should be a priority, it is not selfish, it is self-care. If we can love ourselves, that's what we can teach our kids to love themselves too. As a mother, if I care for myself by being healthy and content, I can help my family be happy and healthy."

She has also mentioned how she tries to find time for herself. "I go for a relaxing massage for an hour. I get time to relax and then take steam and sauna... this helps. Sometimes I like to catch up on the show I am watching and that's how I take some time out for myself. All these things really make me feel relaxed and happy," she concluded.

Rubina Dilaik is currently running a podcast 'Kisine Bataya Nahi: The Mamacado Show' in which she hosts mothers, who share their experiences about motherhood.
