Orry Reacts to Backlash For Not Recognizing Falguni Pathak: "I Didn't Know Who She Was"

Social media influencer Orry has released the third episode of his popular vlog series Bollywood BFFs. This time, he spent a day with Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan and her husband Noopur Shikhare, offering viewers a mix of candid conversations, confessions, and humorous anecdotes.

Orry On Not Recognizing Falguni Pathak:

One of the most viral moments of the vlog comes when Orry addresses the backlash he faced recently for failing to recognize Garba queen Falguni Pathak.

He clarified that the mix-up was entirely accidental. Orry said, “I mistook one famous Falguni for another. I genuinely didn't know who Falguni Pathak was. But I remember when I was shooting for Farah Khan, Dilip didn't know who I was. But I didn't throw a tantrum about that. I took that upon myself."

The influencer admitted his mistake with humor and insisted he didn't take offence when others failed to recognize him, adding that he was surprised by how big the controversy became online.

Sara Ali Khan Nearly Threw Away Her 'Koffee With Karan' Mug:

Orry also dropped a revelation that left Ira Khan visibly shocked. He shared the story behind owning the original Koffee With Karan mug, one that belonged to none other than actor Sara Ali Khan. He recalled, “She (Sara Ali Khan) didn't want it, so she was throwing it away. She then said I could have it. So I was like, ‘Okay, I'll take it.'" Fans of the show know the mugs are usually treated like collectibles, making the story even more amusing.

Why Noopur Ran To Ira On Their Wedding Day:

In another heartwarming segment, Orry asked Noopur Shikhare why he chose to run to Ira on their wedding day rather than arrive with a traditional baraat.

Noopur explained, “We started dating during Covid, and there was no public transport available. When they started letting people go out and work out, I used to run to Ira. That was the special thing for both of us, that I could reach you anyhow; that's why I came running."

Ira chimed in, admitting with a laugh, “I feel really stupid for not knowing there would be media outside his house. I thought there would be media outside my house."
