Jasmin Bhasin Shares Health Update; Says She Is Still "Not Out of the Danger Zone"

Jasmin Bhasin has shared a fresh update on her health after being hospitalised in Dubai during her birthday trip with beau Aly Goni. While she is now returning to India for further treatment, Jasmin revealed that her condition remains serious and that doctors had initially not cleared her to travel.

The television star had travelled to Dubai to celebrate her 36th birthday on June 28. However, the trip took an unexpected turn when she fell severely ill shortly after landing and had to be admitted to a hospital.

“I Didn't Get Medical Clearance”

Taking to Instagram Stories, Jasmin addressed the concern surrounding her health and explained why her journey back home was not straightforward.

“A lot of you are really concerned and need an update about my health. So, I didn't get medical clearance, and I wasn't ‘fit to fly' as per my hospital because I am still not out of the danger zone."

Despite doctors' concerns, her condition was temporarily stabilised, allowing her to travel to India for continued treatment.

“The hospital, their doctors, staff, and healthcare facilities were amazing, and I am really thankful to them. But home is home. Somehow, they have stabilised me with injections, and right now I am at the airport. I'll be going to another hospital and get admitted to continue my treatment in India," she explained.

Diagnosed With Terminal Ileitis:

Earlier, Jasmin revealed that doctors diagnosed her with Terminal Ileitis, along with a severe infection and inflammation.

Sharing details about her condition, she wrote, “As soon as I landed in Dubai, I fell severely sick the very same day and had to be hospitalised. I was diagnosed with Terminal Ileitis along with a severe high-risk infection and inflammation. Thankfully, I'm feeling better now and hope to recover completely very soon."

The reality of the situation also made her birthday celebrations very different from what she had imagined.

“This birthday did not end up how we expected. Life is very unexpected. I am much better and should be back soon," she had earlier shared in a video.

Treatment to Continue in India:

As Jasmin prepares for the next phase of her recovery, she will be admitted to another hospital in India, where doctors will continue to monitor her condition closely.

The health update comes shortly after she wrapped up shooting for the reality show 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 15' in Cape Town, South Africa.

Fans and well-wishers have since flooded social media with messages of support, hoping for her speedy recovery. While the road to recovery is still ongoing, Jasmin's latest update has reassured supporters that she is receiving the medical care she needs and is focused on getting better.
