Exclusive! Sunny Singh Praises Avneet Kaur, Says: "Incredibly Good..."

In an exclusive chit-chat with whosthat360, Sunny Singh shares his working experience with Avneet Kaur and calls her, a ''brilliant actor".

Here are a  few edited excerpts of this conversation:

What attracted you to this character/script?

When Raaj sir approached me with this script, I was genuinely amused by the sheer amount of activity and excitement in the film. The storyline is unique and unlike anything that has been explored before. When it comes to Raaj sir, I trust his scripts blindly, so I knew immediately that this was the right choice. I found this character particularly fascinating because, as you'll see in the film, everyone, whether it's Annu sir in his dual role, Rajpal sir, or any other character, turns to me. It's a very interesting character to play.

Can you describe your working relationship with Avneet Kaur on set?

Avneet Kaur is a brilliant actor to work with. She is incredibly good and focused with her work. On the first day, we came on set together, we couldn't interact much because we were busy with our prep and getting into the character. However, I remember she would ask questions to everyone on set, always seeking suggestions. She picked up things so quickly, even when it came to her dialogues. If she read the script, she would deliver those lines exactly as written. Overall, working with her was a fun experience. She is very energetic and a highly talented person to work with. 

What was the biggest challenge you faced while filming this movie?

I wouldn't call it a challenge, as the team was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the process. However, there was a particularly tough scene where we shot for a song sequence. It was at the beginning of the shoot in Orchha and we were barefoot on the scorching ground with the temperature around 40 degrees Celsius. Our feet were burning from the heat. That was probably the most difficult part I had to endure. Despite this, working with such a wonderful cast made even this challenge seem easier and ultimately a memorable experience.
