Doctors Karan and Avinash zero in on Rajat Dalal, labeling his tendency to break promises as a chronic affliction. The prescribed remedy is an embarrassing beard shave. Despite Rajat's heated protests and threats of payback, Karan boldly runs the trimmer along both sides of Rajat's face, sparking a volcanic retaliation. The tables quickly turn as a fuming Rajat vows to return the favor by shaving off Karan's head and beard entirely.
