What message would you share with women worldwide this Women's Day?

Ladies, never forget your voice, your dreams, and your hustle matter. Whether you're building empires, raising families, or just figuring it all out, you're unstoppable. Own your magic and never dim your light for anyone.

How has your career broken stereotypes about women in the fashion industry?

I think just being unapologetically myself has broken a few rules along the way. The fashion world can put women in boxes, you're either glamorous or you're serious, but why can't we be both? I've built my career by mixing beauty, business, and boldness,  proving that women can be the whole package.

What advice would you give to young girls to stay confident and focused?

Confidence is a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Trust your journey, drown out the noise, and always show up as the best version of yourself. And if you ever doubt yourself,  remember, that even Beyoncé was once a little girl with a dream.

How can women better support each other in male-dominated industries?

Fix each other's crowns,  don't compete, collaborate! There's enough room at the top for all of us. A little kindness, a little hype, and a lot of sisterhood can change the game.

What's the biggest barrier you've overcome in your career and how did you do it?

People assumed I was just 'a pretty face.' I learned early on that you don't need to explain yourself,  just let your work do the talking. And when they underestimate you? Use it as fuel to go even harder.

How can women create a more inclusive and supportive community?

Celebrate each other's wins, big or small. A simple compliment or helping hand can spark a chain reaction. When women lift each other up, we all rise.

What's the most important lesson you've learned about perseverance and resilience?

Everything great takes time. You have to trust the process, even when it feels like nothing is moving. Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and the results always follow.

What's one change you'd like to see for women's equality in the next year?

More women in leadership roles,  in boardrooms, behind the camera, running the show. We've got the talent, the vision, and the power,  it's time the world catches up.
