Healthy Ice Cream Ingredients
You will need the following few pantry items to prepare this ice cream:
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cashew
- 10–12 dates (as natural sweetener)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
- Choco chips for topping (optional)
Simple Steps to Prepare Healthy Ice Cream
Begin by adding almonds, cashews, oats, and dates to a bowl. Add the cocoa powder and dark chocolate. Next, add some hot milk and mix all the ingredients well. Allow this mixture to rest for around an hour to soften. Then grind the mixture into a fine paste using a mixer jar.
Pour the paste into a container, add choco chips on top, and cover with cling wrap. Deep freeze it first for 2 hours. Then transfer it to the normal freezer for 2–3 hours. Once set, your sugar-free, healthy ice cream is ready to serve!
