Ingredients:
- 500g ripe guava
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp kala namak
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Few drops pink food color
- 1 tsp butter

- Start by washing and chopping the guavas.
- Pressure cooks them with 1/2 cup water for two whistles until soft.
