Farhana, you're attending Cannes this year! What's got you most excited about the experience?

Honestly, everything! The energy at Cannes is just at the next level. I love the mix of fashion, film, and meeting incredible people from all over the world. And of course… the red carpet moments, I live for them!

How do you prepare for the red carpet at Cannes? Any special rituals or routines?

I keep things pretty grounded before the madness begins. I drink a ton of water, get a good facial a couple of days before, and I always take a quiet moment before stepping out, just to center myself. Music helps, too! Something upbeat to get me in the zone.

Which designers or fashion houses are you most looking forward to seeing on the Cannes red carpet?

I'm always excited to see what the big names bring, Schiaparelli, Mugler... But I also love discovering fresh, emerging designers who are doing bold things. I think Cannes is the perfect place to mix both worlds.

Have you chosen your outfit for Cannes yet? Can you give us a hint about what you'll be wearing?

Yes! It's pretty much finalized. Let's just say: drama, elegance, and a little sparkle. I wanted something that feels powerful but still very me. You'll see soon enough.

What's your go-to beauty secret for achieving that perfect Cannes glow?

Hydration is key, inside and out. I swear by ice rollers in the morning, and I never skip my serum and SPF. And a good glam team doesn't hurt either.

How do you balance glamour and comfort when walking the red carpet at Cannes?

It's all about smart choices. If I'm wearing a dress that's heavy or dramatic, I'll make sure my shoes are kind to my feet (even if no one sees them!). And I always carry flats for after the carpet. Glam doesn't have to mean pain.

Are there any fashion trends or themes you're particularly drawn to this year's Cannes?

I'm loving bold silhouettes and rich textures right now. I think we'll see a lot of metallics and sculptural pieces this year. Personally, I'm leaning into looks that feel like art, but still timeless.

What's the most memorable experience or encounter you've had at Cannes, or what are your hopes for this year's event?

There have been so many surreal moments, but one I'll never forget was just standing on the steps, taking it all in, it hit me how far I've come. This year, I'm just excited to connect, celebrate amazing talent, and hopefully inspire other women watching from around the world.
