Sunil Pal Takes A Dig At Archana Puran Singh: "Latent Pe Aapke Bachchon Ko Nalla Kaha Gaya..."

Comedian Sunil Pal has once again voiced his criticism of comedian Samay Raina and his popular show 'India's Got Latent'. This time, however, his comments were directed at actress and television personality Archana Puran Singh, who recently appeared as a guest panelist on the show.

Archana featured in a recent episode alongside Orry, Sharon Verma, and Nishant Suri. While the episode generated significant buzz online, it also drew criticism from Sunil Pal, who objected to jokes made about Archana's husband, actor Parmeet Sethi, and their sons, Aaryamann and Ayushmaan Sethi.

Sunil Pal's Reaction:

Expressing his disappointment, Sunil said he was hurt by the remarks made about Archana's family during the episode. Addressing her directly, he stated, “Hum toh aapko guru maante hain, par Latent mein jaake aapne jo apne parivaar ko bhi shaamil kiya tha, unka jo apmaan hua hai, woh aapke fan like me, humse saha nahi gaya. Jitne bhi aapke fans hain, unko bura laga. (We consider you our guru, but the disrespect your family faced after you went on Latent and involved them was something that fans like me could not tolerate. All your fans felt hurt by it.)"

The comedian suggested that public figures should be careful about the platforms they choose to appear on, especially when their families become subjects of discussion.

Advice To Archana:

Continuing his criticism, Sunil questioned Archana's decision to participate in the show and expressed concern over jokes directed at her loved ones. He said, “Archana ji, paise ke liye kisi tarah ke pralobhan ke liye aapko aisi tarike ke jagah pe jana rukh jana chaiye…”

Referring to comments made on the show, he added, “Latent pe aapke bachchon ko nalla kaha gaya, pati ko berozgar kaha gaya, toh bura laga. Sorry, but sach mein bura laga."

Speaking about 'India's Got Latent', Sunil alleged that the show's language and style send the wrong message. He said, “Kya wo gali galoch karta hai Latent jaisa show lata hai isliye? Participant bhi gali dete hain, panel bhi gali dete hain aur aisi aisi galiyan dete hain ki jo aap sun nahi sakte, kisi ke samne pesh nahi kar sakte."
