Sufi Motiwala Opens Up About His Experience On 'The Traitors': "I'm The B**ch Of This Season"

Sufi Motiwala, who was recently evicted from the reality show 'The Traitors', mentioned that he had one goal when he stepped into the show: he wanted to be the traitor. But when the big moment arrived, the thought of actually pulling it off sounded terrifying to him.

"I told Karan Johar once, ‘I'm the b**ch of this season. You better make me the traitor,'" Sufi laughed, recalling his pitch to the show's host. But it turns out, talk is easy — living through it is something else. “But when the final moment came, when he was picking the traitors, I was dying internally. I was like ‘he better not pick me, I will start crying.'"

Sufi admitted that the psychological pressure of playing a traitor would've been too intense. “Everyone would have gotten to know I am the traitor and voted for me. It's too hard. You feel outcasted automatically by everyone mentally. We aren't actors, so it would have been more difficult."

"But Only Legends Get A Proper Funeral..."

Sufi also looked back at his dramatic exit from the show and had the most hilarious way to describe it. “Aaj kal to aire gaire bhi finale pahuch jate hai. But only legends get a proper funeral," he said, throwing a cheeky dig at the finalists.

The top six finalists of The Traitors are Harsh Gujral, Jasmin Bhasin, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Urfi Javed. While Harsh and Purav are traitors, the rest four are innocents.

"I Was Shivering..."

Talking about his intense elimination scene, Sufi said, “I knew I was going to die, I was prepared for it. I was shivering. Honestly, I was not worried about the announcement of being evicted. I was worried what will happen when I fall down."

He even shared how uncomfortable the whole setup was. “I was all bruised up. I was inside in the hot for 20 minutes while everyone outside was doing their shot. It felt like 100-degree temperature and I was being cooked inside. So epic," he said.

'The Traitors' premiered on Prime Video on June 12 at 8 pm with the first three episodes. Since then, new episodes have been released every Thursday at the same time. The grand finale is set to premiere on July 3. Excitingly, the show has already been renewed for a second season.
