Shalini Passi: "My Fees Directly Goes to UNICEF..."

Social media sensation Shalini Passi, who got overnight fame with her appearance in the 'Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives' on Netflix, made a shocking confession about her salary from the show. She mentioned that she has donated the entire amount to charity.

"It all goes to UNICEF directly..."

Recently, during an interview, she was questioned about the money, she charged for the series. To which, she replied, "This was the first UNICEF ball and it was in support of UNICEF India. The entire fee that Netflix is giving me has gone to UNICEF for this particular project. Whatever I get from say modelling or anything, I don't take anything. It all goes to UNICEF directly."

"My Husband And Gauri Were Neighbors..."

Passi has also discussed the close bond that her family shared with Shahrukh Khan's family. She mentioned, "My husband and Gauri were neighbors in Delhi, and they grew up together. In fact, Shah Rukh and my husband studied together. My son and Aryan also went to university together. We are very close; they are like family to us."

"We Were Like Siblings..."

She has also opened up about becoming a mother at the age of 20. She mentioned that she treated her son as a younger sibling. She said, "I used to go to the toy store and get as excited as my son. I would take him to Disneyland and go mad on the rides with him. And then I used to tell him, ‘Robin, let's do skating classes,' I used to take him ice skating. So, both of us went ice skating then I taught him skiing and scuba diving. We were like siblings. It is like we grew up together."

Shalini featured alongside Kalyani Chawla and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni as a part of the Delhi group in the latest season of the Netflix show, which brought back the original Mumbai ‘wives' Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari. Shalini's eccentricities made her a standout on the show and attracted a lot of attention from her fellow cast members.
