Shubhendu explains that sleeping on the back makes one a 'Rogi' (one prone to illness), on the stomach a 'Bhogi' (pleasure-seeker), and on the left side a 'Yogi' (one aligned with balance and wellness). This position is known as 'Vamkukshi' in Ayurveda.
