Ashnoor Kaur Opens Up About Her Bond With Abhishek Bajaj: "We Are Just Best Friends..."

Ashnoor Kaur has clarified that she and Abhishek Bajaj are just ‘best friends'. In a recent interview after her eviction from 'Bigg Boss 19', Ashnoor opened up about her bond with Abhishek since they were often linked together during their respective stints in Salman Khan's show. Ashnoor claimed that even though they got closer during the course of the show, they are just good friends.

“We are best friends, and that's how the equation will always be. In a house like that, where everyone is planning against you, to find someone who actually cares for you, who actually is with you, matters the most. I think during the captaincy task, when Abhishek was defending my tile, that's when I realized that he didn't have to do it, but he was still doing it out of friendship. That was the first time I knew that I had formed a strong bond. And then we got to know each other better, and got closer," she told India Today.

This comes a day after Abhishek Bajaj took to his Instagram to share several photos with Ashnoor after her eviction from Bigg Boss 19. They were seen posing together on the balcony of her home. One video clip shows Abhishek telling her, “Welcome back!" Ashnoor says that she wishes she could have stayed for a week longer until the grand finale, to which he replies, “Koi baat nahi. Badhiya bande hood pe, baaki sab thud pe." In his note, he lauded her journey, and wrote that she was his ‘sukoon' inside the BB house which was full of chaos.

"In a house full of chaos, you became my calm. In a room full of energy vampires, you became my energy charger. You were my sukoon. You came with courage, played with dignity, and left with love. Post Ashnoor Kaur's eviction, Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Pranit More, Mitali Chahar and Farrhana Bhatt are now competing for the 'Bigg Boss 19' trophy.
