As a child, Harsh Kedia had to make many changes and care for his health. Harsh Kedia took intensive decisions and changed his diet several times. After almost two years, Harsh Kedia was able to control his diabetes.

In 2021, Harsh Kedia participated in Gulf Food, the world's largest food and beverage trade show. Harsh Kedia might've been the only chef who made diabetic-friendly food. Besides this, Harsh Kedia also delivers packaged food and has delivered over 15,000 pin codes till now. Harsh Kedia has a huge following on his Instagram page as well.

Harsh Kedia recently shared a reel on his Instagram about being grateful to Meta. He captioned the reel, “The best feature on Meta right now amidst such chaotic humans is the turnoff comments for personal well-being. Ab kaha aayega hate messages?”. This reel shows how hateful comments bother him, and he is pleased with his decision to turn off comments on posts to avoid such controversies.
