Earlier, Abhishek Malhan opened up about his reason of joining the Bigg Boss OTT. He said, "Fukra Insaan said, "The only reason main bigg boss pe gya tha kyunki mujhe aise laga main videos pe boht mehnat akr raha huin...  aur apka content na wide reach karna chahiye to abhi views kam ha, to that's the only reason we went to Bigg Boss, ki chalo bhai humari audience YouTube videos aur dekhegi lekin mujhe nhai pata tha vaha jane ke bad, sab kahenge ki tu toh vidoes hi mat bana tu toh non fictional content tester ya judge ban ja ya ye kar le ya voh kar le... ( The only reason why I went to Bigg Boss was because, I was working very hard on my videos, and not getting enough views. We thought, if I went to the Bigg Boss house, the audience would see more of my YouTube content. However, I later realized that on the show, people wanted me to become a non-fictional content tester or judge or whatever)".
