Tadgola is another name for ice apple, also known as Nungu or Taati Munjalu in different parts of India. The fruit is small, round, and has a jelly-like texture, and is usually white or translucent in color. I absolutely love this summer ingredient!'

• Tadgola - 3-4 nos
• Coconut Water - 1/2 Cup
• Mango - 1/4th Cup
• Honey - 2 Tsps
• Lime Juice - 1 Tsp
• Chia Seeds - 1 Tsp

Mentioning the process, she wrote:

• Peel & chop the tadgola into small cubes.
• To a glass, add the mangoes at the bottom along with the honey & lime juice - mix it in.
• Next, add in some ice cubes & top it up with tadgola cubes, coconut water & chia seeds.
