When Shehnaaz Gill Blocked Salman Khan's Number: "I Have this Habit..."

Shehnaaz Gill is currently making headlines with the release of her latest dance number, 'Sajna Ve Sajna, ' co-starring Rajkummar Rao. Now, her old video, in which she revealed that she had blocked Salman Khan's number, has resurfaced online.

When Shehnaaz Blocked Salman Khan's Number:

Gill appeared at Kapil Sharma's show to promote her film, where she narrated a hilarious incident of blocking Salman Khan's number. She said, "I was in Amritsar visiting the Gurudwara when I received a call from an unknown number. And I have this habit of blocking unknown numbers, so I did the same. Then after a few minutes, I got a message that Salman sir is trying to call me. Just to verify, I put the number on the Truecaller app and found out that it was actually Salman Khan calling me! I immediately unblocked him and called him back; it was then that he offered me the film and that's how I got the film."

"Salman Sir Gave Me Chance..."

She also shared her working experience with Salman Khan. She said, "When I went to shoot for my first music video, I was rejected. I was told, ‘Ye kaunsi bachchi leke aaye hai, we don't want to shoot with her. Take her back.' I came back and cried a lot at home, that I've been rejected. My mom told me why am I crying, one day I would be in a Salman Khan film. Sir gave me a chance and proved that mom's words always come true."

Shehnaaz has been part of films like 'Thank You for Coming' and 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan' so far. She has featured in many hit music videos along with Guru Randhawa and others. She has also expressed her wish to work with Ranbir Kapoor, she said, "Going ahead, I want to work with all the superstars. But if I have put my finger on someone, it will be Ranbir Kapoor. I've never met him in person but I've seen him at events from afar."
