Uorfi Javed is known for her fearless personality and ability to speak her mind. In a heartfelt Instagram video, Uorfi revealed that several major projects slipped away, including reality shows, brand collaborations, and even a Netflix project.

She described the past year as a difficult period filled with rejection, despite her popularity and success in the entertainment industry.

Uorfi Gets Candid About Failures:

Sharing her experience on social media, Uorfi admitted that constantly seeing others celebrate achievements online made her reflect on her own setbacks. She said, "Whenever I open Instagram, someone or the other is buying a car, achieving something, everyone seems so successful. But today I'm going to talk about my failures over the past year."

She then revealed that the second season of her Prime Video reality series 'Follow Kar Lo Yaar' was cancelled. According to Uorfi, another show she was filming for Netflix also did not move forward despite shooting already being underway. She shared, "So, the Season 2 of Follow Kar Lo Yaar that was supposed to come out—Prime Video cancelled it a month ago. I was also doing a show with Netflix. We had even shot one episode. Rejected By Popular Reality Shows:

Uorfi also opened up about approaching the makers of reality shows that she hoped to be part of. However, things did not go as planned. Speaking about 'Khatron Ke Khiladi', she said, "Then I asked about Khatron Ke Khiladi, thinking, okay, let's do Khatron Ke Khiladi. They rejected me too."

The influencer further revealed that she later considered participating in 'Bigg Boss 20', but was ultimately not selected despite holding discussions with the makers. "All of this happened. I said, okay, whatever, let it happen. Then I thought, I'll just do Bigg Boss because I wanted to do a reality show. When I approached Bigg Boss people, we had meetings and everything, and then they just rejected me. I mean, I got rejected from Bigg Boss. I genuinely think this year has been a year of rejection for me," she shared.

Brand Deals And ‘Playground' Exit:

Apart from show rejections, Uorfi revealed that brand collaborations have also reduced significantly. She said she now receives far fewer deals compared to previous years. She also disclosed that she was replaced as a mentor on the latest season of 'Playground', a role she had held in the previous edition.

Missed Opportunity With ‘Lock Upp 2':

Uorfi revealed that she was offered 'Lock Upp 2', hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh. However, a scheduling conflict with another project prevented her from accepting the opportunity.

Despite the setbacks, fans have appreciated Uorfi's honesty and vulnerability. By openly discussing rejection and failure, she has shown a side of herself that many can relate to, proving that even successful public figures face challenges behind the scenes.
