Tejasswi Prakash Invests in ₹7.63 Crore Sea-Facing Flat in Bandra West

Tejasswi Prakash has added another high-value property in her name. She has purchased a luxurious flat in Mumbai's Bandra West for Rs. 7.63 crore. The transaction was finalized and registered on February 16, 2026, according to CRE Matrix documentation. The building is currently under construction, and the possession date is November 2030, as per reports.

The newly acquired property is located in Bay Heights, a residential complex on Krishna Chandra Marg in the Bandra Reclamation area, one of the city's most prestigious upmarket areas. Excel Enterprises India Private Limited created the complex. The apartment measures 121.14 square metres (about 1,304 square feet) and contains two reserved parking spaces. Registration records also show that a stamp duty payment of Rs. 38.15 lakh was made as part of the transaction.

Bandra Reclamation is a significant coastline strip area in Mumbai that runs along Bandra's western waterfront. Tejasswi Prakash's Work Front:

Tejasswi Prakash rose to fame through popular television shows and reality TV. She gained wider recognition after winning 'Bigg Boss 15' and later starred in the hit supernatural series 'Naagin 6'. While she hasn't appeared in major Hindi (Bollywood) films yet, she made her Marathi film debut with 'Mann Kasturi Re'. She will next be seen in the web show Psycho Saiyaan.

The twisted romance thriller, starring Ravi Kishan, Tejasswi Prakash and Anud Singh Dhaka, will stream for free from February 25. The trailer, released on February 18, hints at a turbulent emotional journey where attachment turns into power and desire begins to blur moral boundaries.

The teaser introduces Kartik, a young man from Ujjain who loves shayari and believes he has found his forever in Charu. For him, love isn't fleeting, it is epic, absolute and worth protecting at any cost.
