Tanya Mittal Slams Amaal Mallik's Paid PR Comments: "Why Is He Doing All This Unnecessarily?"

Music composer-singer Amaal Mallik recently shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) slamming Tanya Mittal's fans and accusing her of indulging in ‘paid PR'. He asked her fans to stop acting like ‘sore losers' and called them ‘fake spiritual people'. Now, Tanya has finally reacted to his tweet and called the ‘paid PR' allegations baseless. She said that she has no interest in being linked or associated with him. If that were the case, she would have contacted him or reached out to him directly. Instead, she said that she had neither messaged nor called him, nor made any attempt to meet him. She also expressed her displeasure over her fans being targeted and said that she is not even active on X, and has no involvement in the social media activity.

Tanya Mittal Reacts To Amaal Mallik's ‘Paid PR' Claim:

In an interview with Film Window, Tanya Mittal reacted to Amaal's tweet and said, "Amaal is saying that I am doing paid PR and all that. Why would I want to be associated with Amaal? If I wanted to, I would have shared my number, and we would have spoken. So, it's very evident that there is nothing that shows I'm desperate to be associated with him. If I were desperate, I would have met him at the party. We would be friends, right? Unnecessarily targeting my fans and tweeting about them. In fact, I'm not even on Twitter. I don't know anything about all this. And why is he doing all this unnecessarily?"

She further added, "What is the need for it? Did I say anything to Amaal's fans? Amaal is telling my fans that it's paid media and that Tanya wants to be associated with me… I didn't even read that tweet fully. What is the need? I haven't messaged Amaal, I haven't called him, I haven't tried to meet him, nothing at all. The people who think good or bad about me, I've left all those relationships exactly where they are, as loose ends."

"I Haven't Said Anything Bad About Anyone..."

Tanya Mittal further added that she really wanted to attend Amaal's father, Daboo Malik's, concert, but chose not to go. "I had spoken to uncle in Dubai. Uncle had told me to come. I really wanted to go, but I stopped myself from going. Even Amaal's manager tweeted something. I don't understand whether I should reply to them. This is unnecessary. I haven't said anything bad about anyone, so please don't say anything about my fans, don't say anything about me."

For the unversed, a few days ago, Amaal shared a post on X that read, “I have already apologized personally & on social media for all of it, not just to her but to every other contestant for whatever transpired on the show… The first tweet by me after getting out of the house was for Tanya, so stop running your mouth and messing with my manager, team, family members & friends who weren't even in the game. All you are showing is ke tumhaara fandom vela tha, hai aur vela hi rahega…. Doing Paid PR and making articles about her being Tanya Malik lolololol get a life, my behna comment should've shut you idiots up but jaahil gawaar fandom ko koi kya hi bole."

"Stop Acting Like Sore Losers..."

He further added, “FYI, Neither she nor I have had any feelings except friendship, & just because I'm stopping my fans from getting aggressive doesn't mean I will take shit from you or any one else. Stop acting like sore losers, just like your idol who could not deal with Gaurav Khanna winning the show & acted like she wasn't aware when he won. Bhaiyo aur Behno, Aankri baar ! Drama bandh karo, apne idols ko bhi bol dijiye bandh kare. All fandoms should rejoice the season and not crib if their choice of artist didn't win, or he/she didn't make a relationship in the real world for y'all to ship. You are indirectly begging for approval of others and are putting your own favourite contestant's image down ! What my equation is with whoever, whether it's Farrhana, Baseer, Shehbaaz, or any one for a matter of fact is none of your business, it's something even my fans can't decide for me."

Lastly, he wrote, “Mujhe jaisa rehna hai, Kiske saath dosti rakhni hai, kaam karna hai , nahi karna hai,is my wish… Just because hum sab izzat mein hai, doesn't mean you or any one from any other fandom can climb on top of my people and mess with us…. Losers ho tum log aur acting karte ho ke bade achhe aur sabhya ho, lol y'all are a set of fake spiritual people. If I will be forced to take things into my hand I sure will & you will not like it or be able to deal with it… So back the hell off!"
