Rubina Dilaik Denies Plastic Surgery Rumours: "I've Not Gone Under The Knife..."

Rubina Dilaik has opened up about the rumours surrounding her appearance and denied claims that she underwent plastic surgery. In a YouTube video featuring Hina Khan, Rocky Jaiswal and Abhinav Shukla, she spoke about how her looks have changed over the years and revealed that she has only opted for non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Addressing the buzz, Rubina made it clear that she has never undergone cosmetic surgery. “I've not gone under the knife to look the way that I am today,” she said. The conversation comes amid ongoing discussions online about the noticeable changes in her appearance over the years, with many attributing them to surgery.

Looking Back At The 'Bigg Boss' Phase:

Rubina also recalled how old photographs from Shimla resurfaced during her stint on 'Bigg Boss'. She claimed some of the images were altered before being circulated online. Talking about the incident, she said, “Bigg Boss ke time unhone meri Shimla ki wo sab pictures nikali thi. Thodi si unhone AI se distort kar di, mere daant aise bana diye.”

She explained that comparisons between older photos and her current appearance often ignore the fact that she wore braces when she was younger and that facial features naturally evolve with time.

Revealing The Treatments Behind Her Transformation:

While dismissing surgery rumours, Rubina openly shared details about the non-invasive procedures she has undergone. Talking about Thermage, a skin-tightening treatment, she said, “It lifts the face. Toh mere jitna bhi baby fat tha na, it lifted my face.”

She also revealed that she travelled to Dubai before her wedding to undergo another treatment called Softwave. “Softwave ke liye specially Dubai gayi hoon. Mera woh pre-wedding gift tha, ki mujhe yeh karwana hai,” she added. According to Rubina, these treatments helped enhance her appearance without requiring surgical intervention.

"I Have Maintained Myself Absolutely..."

Apart from cosmetic treatments, Rubina highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She credited her diet and eating habits for helping her maintain her appearance over the years. “I have maintained myself absolutely, absolutely with what I eat,” she said. Emphasising the connection between nutrition and skin health, she further added, “Your body and especially your skin, which is the largest organ on your body, is a byproduct of what you eat.”

Rubina has also spoken in the past about practising facial yoga and adopting natural methods to care for her skin and features. With her latest remarks, she has once again clarified that the changes in her appearance are the result of lifestyle choices, natural ageing, and non-invasive cosmetic treatments rather than plastic surgery.
