Mallika Sherawat Lashes Out At Trolls Over 'The Traitors 2' Journey: "I'm Bold, Not Stupid..."

Mallika Sherawat is proving that strategy can sometimes speak louder than words. The actor recently addressed online criticism over her journey in 'The Traitors 2' and revealed that her quiet approach on the reality show was a deliberate game plan. In a video shared on social media, Mallika hit back at trolls who underestimated her and explained why silence became her biggest strength during the competition.

Mallika Responds To Trolls:

Sharing her thoughts with fans, Mallika said many contestants and viewers assumed she was not taking the game seriously. “Hello, everyone, jab main The Traitors mein gayi toh wahan sabne socha ki Mallika toh yahan catwalk karne aayi hai, vacation manane aayi hai, ye kya traitor pakdegi? Sab logon ne mujhe underestimate kiya, jo ki log bahut waqt se mujhe underestimate karte aaye hain. (When I entered The Traitors, everyone thought Mallika had come to do a catwalk in the show; she is here for vacation. How will she catch the traitor? Everyone underestimated me, which they have been doing for a long time),” Mallika shared.

The actor suggested that people often judge her without knowing her capabilities, something she believes has happened throughout her career.

Silence Was Her Biggest Strength:

Mallika revealed that instead of making noise or drawing attention to herself, she chose to carefully observe everyone around her. She continued, “Never mind, lekin jab main The Traitors mein thi toh mujhe laga ki yahan pe jo aapki sabse badi strength hai wo aapki voice nahi hai, woh hai aapka silence. Aur silently maine sab kuch observe kiya, aur us observation ke baad mujhe ek falaani bandi traitor lagi. Aur jo maine kaha ki ye falaani bandi traitor hai, aur wahi traitor nikli. Mallika bold hai, par bewakoof nahi. (When I was in The Traitors, I felt like inside the show your voice is not your strength but is your silence. And silently I started observing everything. After my observation, I realised this one girl was the traitor, and she turned out to be the traitor. Mallika is bold; she is not stupid)."

Along with the video, Mallika wrote, “I may have been having fun, but I was watching everything #traitorsonprime #traitors.”

The Game Gets More Intense:

Hosted by Karan Johar, 'The Traitors 2' continues to keep viewers hooked with shifting alliances, betrayals and surprise eliminations. The reality show divides participants into Innocents and Traitors, with both groups trying to outsmart each other.

So far, Innocents have successfully exposed two traitors, Harman Singha and Kullu. Meanwhile, Shahneel Gill and Krystle D'Souza remain in the game. The latest episodes also saw Parul Gulati, Ranveer Brar and Abhishek Malhan get eliminated from the competition.
