After the episode featuring the eviction went on air, while the YouTuber's fans trended his eviction with the hashtag #Unfair, ex-contestant Awez Darbar also took to his social media to express his disappointment.

After the eviction happened, the social media star took to his Instagram and shared a story featuring Mridul, writing, “Mridul ko votes kum aaye hai hmm… Yeh baat kuch hazam nahi hui." He further continued and added, “Koi na, mera pyara aur simple bhai asli life toh ab shuru hogi."

After the episode went on air, social media was seen questioning the makers, claiming that it was a paid audience. Now, a girl from the live audience has shared a video claiming they were not paid but were surely misled. She can be heard saying, “We were not paid a single penny for being there. We were told that this was an activity to vote for the captain of the house, not an eviction vote. Had we known that our votes would decide who leaves the house, we would have never voted Mridul out."
