Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in 1½ teaspoons sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon rock salt, ½ teaspoon chilli powder, and the juice of half a lemon.
Pour the prepared mixture into small shot glasses and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
