Ingredients:

• 4 slices of bread
• 1 mango
• 1/2 cup whipping cream

How to prepare Japanese Mango Sandwich?

Whip Up the Cream:

• Use an electric whisk to beat the whipping cream until it becomes thick and forms stiff peaks. This step makes the cream fluffy and perfect for our sandwich.

Make the Sandwich:

• Place a slice of bread on cling wrap.
• Spread a generous amount of whipped cream on the bread.
