MasterChef 7 Winner Nayanjyoti Saikia Shares Winning Dishes on Social Media

Nayanjyoti Saikia is a talented Indian chef from Tinsukia, Assam, and the winner of MasterChef India season 7. He has become a famous personality in the Indian culinary scene and has amassed a large following on social media platforms, where he goes by the name 'thetravellercook'.

Recently, he shared pictures on Instagram of the final three-course meal that he made to win the MasterChef title. The dishes included 'Sunshine In a Bowl', a bright and colourful dish consisting of curried crab with grilled pineapple and basil oil. 

The second dish, 'Haah Aru Kumura', is a roasted duck with ash gourd sauce, balsamic roasted cabbage, and apricot gel.

The final dish was a Berry Happy dessert, a mixed berry sorbet with pistachio entremet, white chocolate crumble, and allspice crisp.

In his Instagram post caption, Saikia also mentioned the MasterChef India judges, including Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar, Garima Arora, and Sanjeev Kapoor.

Saikia's passion for cooking and ability to create unique and innovative dishes have helped him stand out in the culinary world. His victory in 'MasterChef' India has brought him a lot of recognition and has established him as a leading chef in the country.
