If you are bored with cucumber, tomato and carrot salad. It's time to try this crunchy and delicious salad shared by Shreya Agarwala, a food influencer. This is such a flavor bomb which has both sweetness and spiciness. This salad is perfect for lunch or dinner.


For the Salad:

  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/4 Capsicum
  • 1/4 each of Bell Peppers (optional)
  • Loads of Spring Onion (if available)
  • 1 medium Raw Mango
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Roasted Peanuts

For the Dressing:

  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2.5 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 - 3 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds


Prepare the Salad:

  • Take 1 large Onion sliced, tomato large 1, cucumber 1, capsicum 1/4, and bell peppers 1/4 (optional). Chop the raw mango and coriander leaves. Chop spring onions as well (optional)

Make the Dressing:

  • Take a small bowl, mix salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, olive oil, dark soy sauce, chilli flakes, honey, tomato ketchup, and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine all ingredients into a smooth dressing.

Combine Everything:

  • Take a large bowl, add all the sliced and chopped vegetables with the roasted peanuts. Add dressing over the salad and mix everything well.

Try this crunchy and tasty salad for lunch or dinner. It is the perfect combination of sweetness and spice. This salad is not only tasty, but also healthy and refreshing.
