Nikki has a glass of green juice at 4:30 PM daily, which includes celery, mint leaves, green apple, lemon, cucumber, and ginger.
For dinner, Nikki has grilled fish with sautéed veggies, brown rice, and homemade sauce. She prefers eating dinner before 7 PM.
