Nikki Tamboli's Diet Secrets for a Fit Body

Nikki begins her day with black coffee & ghee, as it helps reduce extra fat from her body. She then hits the gym for a 30-minute cardio session.

Morning Routine:

After her workout, Nikki has a healthy bowl filled with fruits, seeds, and dry fruits. Her fruit salad includes oats, apple, pomegranate seeds, and more.

Healthy Breakfast:

Nikki has mixed dal, egg bhurji, jowar roti, and brown rice for lunch. She avoids wheat roti due to its high starch content and opts for jowar roti.

Nutritious Lunch:

Nikki has a glass of green juice at 4:30 PM daily, which includes celery, mint leaves, green apple, lemon, cucumber, and ginger. 

Evening Boost:

For dinner, Nikki has grilled fish with sautéed veggies, brown rice, and homemade sauce. She prefers eating dinner before 7 PM.
